Ellington Rolls Out DCPS Student Referral for Mental Health and Counseling Support process

Duke Ellington School of the Arts is pleased to roll out the new DCPS Student Referral for Mental Health and Counseling Support process. The School Behavioral Health Coordinators, Ms. Nicole Frazier and Ms. Crystal Sylvia, will manage the process and discuss all referrals during the Wellness Team meetings.

There is a referral form for students and a referral form for adults. Both will be available on the Ellington school website, mobile app, teachers’ Canvas pages, and the SHADE website. Completed forms should be emailed to wellness@ellingtonarts.org; referrals will be screened daily.
